Cash on Delivery (COD) is a convenient payment option that allows customers to pay in cash at the time of delivery. When placing an order, you simply select the “Cash on Delivery” option during checkout. Once your order is confirmed, our team will process and dispatch your package. When it arrives at your doorstep, you can hand over the payment directly to the delivery agent—no need for online transactions or card details.
This payment method is available on most products and regions we serve. However, there may be a small additional COD fee depending on your location or the order value. This fee, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before you place the order.
Please make sure to place a COD order only if you're certain about the purchase. Repeated refusals or non-acceptance of COD parcels may lead to restrictions on your account for future cash-on-delivery orders.
If you need to cancel or modify a COD order, we recommend doing so before the item is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accommodated. Cash on Delivery is not available in a few remote or high-risk locations, and in such cases, you will be notified during the checkout process.
